A female student from Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology, Rahim Yar Khan, has accused a professor of sexual harassment via social media. She shared screenshots of WhatsApp chat in which the professor is seen pressuring her to engage in a sexual relationship by threatening to fail her. Following the issue gaining traction on social media, the university administration has constituted an inquiry committee and stated that a completely transparent and impartial investigation will be conducted.

خواجہ فرید یونیورسٹی آف انجینئرنگ اینڈ انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی رحیم یار خان کی ایک طالبہ نے سوشل میڈیا کے ذریعے ایک پروفیسر پے جنسی ہراسانی کا الزام عائد کیا ہے . طالبہ نے واٹس ایپ چیٹ کے اسکرین شاٹ شیئر کئے ہیں جنکے مطابق پروفیسر طالبہ کو فیل کرنے کی دھمکی دے کے جنسی تعلق بنانے کا کہہ رہا ہے . سوشل میڈیا پے معاملہ ہائی لائٹ ہونے کے بعد یونیورسٹی انتظامیہ نے معاملے پے انکوائری کمیٹی بنا دی ہے اور کہا ہے کہ معاملے کی مکمل شفاف اور غیر جانبدارانہ تحقیقات کی جائیں گی
