A massive explosion followed by a fire broke out at Valero Port Arthur Refinery in Port Arthur, one of the largest oil refineries in the United States. Thick black smoke and large flames could be seen from miles away as emergency crews responded quickly. According to local police, the fire is believed to have started from an industrial heater, and fortunately there have been no reported injuries.
