A 21-year-old Brazilian woman, Maria Eduarda Rodrigues de Freitas, died after being pushed off a bridge during a bungee jump without being attached to a bungee cord.
According to reports, the crew failed to secure the bungee rope before pushing her from the platform. The tragic incident occurred at Skeleton Bridge in Limeira ( São Paulo ).
